Dental Wellness Phoenixville is proud to have an advanced digital lab that uses CAD/CAM technology to create custom oral appliances right here in our office. Only 5% of dental practices provide this modern technology for their patients, but to our team, it was a no-brainer to establish an on-site dental lab where we can create custom, high-quality oral appliances. When patients need custom clear aligners, dentures, or mouthguards, they typically have to wait a few weeks after they have impressions taken to receive their oral appliances. Most of this waiting time is because the oral appliance is being shipped from an off-site lab, which can take anywhere from several days to several weeks. Since we can do everything in our office, our turnaround time can be between one to two days or less, meaning you can have impressions of your smile taken and pick up your new oral appliance the following day!
Most dental offices have to work with other companies to provide patients with custom dentures, aligners, and other oral appliances. This can drive up the cost of the treatment since the work is being outsourced to a third party. Because we’re able to keep more of our treatments in-house and use our own equipment and materials, we’re able to pass on the savings to you and your family! We love being able to provide cost-effective options to our valued patients and help them get the care they need and deserve.
